    Unbiased, Thorough and Loads of Fascinating information!

    I'm in the middle of reading and listening to this fascinating book. I wanted both formats because I knew this book was a goldmine. It also appeals to my husband who is such a skeptic. For years I tried to get him to join me in my insatiable search for information regarding the latest and greatest health discoveries but we now discuss this book together. I am Loving it.
