THIS BOOK IS PROBABLY FINE BUT HAD I BEEN ABLE TO SEE THE INGREDIENTS OF THE RECIPES, I PROBABLY WOULD NOT HAVE PURCHASED YOUR BOOK.... BEING ALMOST 80YRS OLD I LIKE GOOD OLD FOOD WITH GOOD OLD INGREDIENTS. WHEN THEY MAKE A BOOK LOW CARB WITH GOOD KNOWLEGABLE INGREDIENTS, I WILL BE THE FIRST TO PURCHASE....JUST TOO WAY OUT FOR ME.....
This is a great book with an excellent Vegetarian Keto Diet for Beginners. It was very tasty. This is a well-organized cookbook for vegetarian. Great book!
